A.1. Where did you go for spending your last summer vacation? Tell your partner about your visit.

You: “Hi! I went to Manali for my last summer vacation with my family.”

Partner: “Wow! How was it?”

You: “It was amazing! The weather was cool and pleasant. We saw snow on the mountains and even played in it.”

Partner: “That sounds fun! What places did you visit there?”

You: “We went to Solang Valley, Hadimba Temple, and also did paragliding and horse riding. We also enjoyed local food and did some shopping at Mall Road.”

Partner: “That’s great! How long did you stay?”

You: “We stayed for five days. I took many pictures. It was one of the best vacations I’ve had!”

Partner: “I would love to go there too someday.”
