1. Suppose you live in a houseboat. How will you fulfill your requirement of going to school, buying vegetables, meeting your friends, etc.

Answer – However, doing the above mentioned task is really a challenging one but one has to pass all the barriers if goals are to be achieved. I will use a small boat to go all the places like school, buying vegetables, meeting my friends.

2. You must have seen huts in slums. What basic amenities are missing from such areas?

Answer – Yes, I have seen huts in slums. Most basic amenities like clean drinking water, toilets, drainage, electricity supply, and waste management facilities are missing in such areas.

3. Observe your colony/village and write down the types of houses and materials used to make them.

Answer – We are living in plains and the materials used to make the houses are sand, Cement, bricks, rock chips, iron rods etc.

4. There is shortage of water in your neighbour’s house. How will you help them?

Answer – If there will be shortage of water in my neighbour’s house then in the following ways, I can help my neighbour-

I will come forward and tell my neighbour to use my bathroom.

I will give him sufficient drinking water and water for cooking also.

That day I will also cut my usage of water.

If they need more water then I will put a request for water supply in PH&ED office.
